What are the facility hours?
Customers have acces to their units 6 AM - 10 PM daily.
What are the office hours?
SafeKeepers office hours are Tuesday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’ll never have to make a long-term commitment when you store with us. We offer flexible month-to-month leases. Store with us short or long-term without any unfair contracts or fees.
How do I make payments?
Pay your monthly storage bill using the Pay Online link from a smartphone, computer, or tablet. Just create an account and pay with a debit or credit card. Be sure check out our autopay option to ensure that you never miss a payment.
What security features do you offer?
Safekeepers Self-Storage is being monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our state-of-the-art video cameras. Our facility is also fenced and gated with keypad entry and bluetooth entry through your smart phone. We also offer temperature controlled units being sprinklered and monitored for added security and safety.
Do you offer moving tools?
In addition to our large drive aisles, our tenants are able to use our free carts to quickly load and unload items within the temperature controlled buildings.
